VENDOR GUIDELINES:

Character of Goods, Wares & Merchandise offered for sale:
Absolutely no boats or trailers for sale. Inflatable, canoe or kayak is permitted if they fit in booth space. Only those products related to the design, construction, repair, maintenance and/or use of recreational boats and the marine industry shall be displayed and sold. Flea Market Management may move or remove items and/or displays not in compliance with this regulation. The vendor must properly staff the sales space during market hours. Water and telephone service is not available within the market area, but some limited access to electricity is available.

Vendor Sales Space Setup:
Vendors may set-up their sales space between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday March 17th. Vehicles must be removed from the Flea Market sales area to the designated vendor parking area as soon as the vehicle is unloaded. All vendor sales spaces must be setup no later than 9:00 a.m. on Saturday March 17th.

Vehicles and Parking:
Vendors are permitted to park only in designated vendor parking area in order to provide customer parking in the closest convenient location outside the flea market area.

Cleanup and Breakdown:
All vendors are obligated to cleanup the vendor's sales space and remove any and all articles, waste, products, merchandise and debris from the sales space. Bay Point Marina will provide adequate trash dumpsters to facilitate cleanup. The sales space shall be left in what is commonly known as "broom clean" condition. Bay Point Marina reserves the right to charge a reasonable cleaning fee to those vendors not complying with this regulation.
